As the contract progresses, permanent hire is certainly an option within the first 6 months with our flexible conversion fee. Subsequent to 6 months, there is NO fee for hiring our contractor.
Contract For Hire
We provide professional contractors with specific skill sets for a trial period, until you are ready to hire them permanently. Our flexible fee structure would apply should you decide to bring the individual aboard within the first 6 months.

Direct Placement
We will provide a Professional IT Candidate with the essential skill set and suitable background for a reliable and successful future at your organization.
We will make sure that the candidate’s expectations and compensation requirements are a great fit. Column provides a guarantee in case the candidate leaves your organization for any reason in the first 90 days.
